June's First Birthday

June's first birthday was this Wednesday. I made cupcakes and all the kids in the nursery gobbled them up. We are having a Wonder Pets Party on April 3rd.

We took these pictures at the Varnado Museum in Franklinton. The flowers were so pretty.

Our dryer went out and we had to buy a new one--So Matt thought June would enjoy playing in the big dryer box. It took several days before she went in the box.

Our cake classes will end this Saturday. We have learned to make many kinds of flowers. On Saturday we will be learning the basket weave and rope technique--so our cake will look like a basket and we will put our flowers on top. We also learned to make and use color flow icing. We made the birds below with this. I am going to attempt to make longhorns by using color flow icing for Matt's birthday cake. We will see how it turns out.

June will be turning one next month!!! I can't believe it. She is talking so much. Here are a few words she says: Dada, cow, dog, cat, bear, ball, bath, bottle, bye-bye, duck, brush, milk, hey, book, sock, shoe and clock.
