Hurricane Gustav

We decided to stay at home for Hurricane Gustav. We lost power for about 30 minutes. There were about 10 trees down on our fences--so Matt was very busy after the storm. Lilly enjoyed the winds from the storm. She chased after the leaves and small twigs that blew on the porch. Here is a pictures of her after the storm--She was wore out.

Rachel and Josh were home for Daddy's birthday. I think Ranger really enjoyed being a country dog that week.

New Camera

Here is my new Nikon D40 camera. It came with 2 lens. I love it!

Our Fondue Experience

First was the cheese dip. We didn't know which utensil to use. The waiter mixed the dip at our table. Then we were served our salads. Next, they brought us raw meat. We had to cook it in another pot on our table. It took about 2-3 minutes to cook. We also had uncooked veges. The best thing was the dessert. Our dip was chocolate, caramel, and pecans. Our fondue experience took 3 hours.
